PROJECT 20 FAQ

How Long is Project 20?

Project 20 is a 12 week program designed to take you through our first training cycle of our overspeed training and then into your first maintenance phase.

How Often Do I Train?

Our first training cycle consists of doing our level 1 protocol 3x a week for 5 weeks followed by 5 weeks of doing our level 2 protocol 3x a week. You then enter a maintenance phase, training 1x a week to maintain the speed you just gained until you are ready to enter another speed-gaining phase.

Who is Project 20 For?

Project 20 was designed to help SuperSpeed users, both new and old, get started or restarted with SuperSpeed Training. If you previously trained with SuperSpeed in the past, but haven't been actively training for a while, Project 20 is the perfect place to get restarted, especially if you haven't trained since we launched our new training protocols and new training site.

What if I am Already Actively Training with SuperSpeed?

If you are already plugged into and seeing success with our training protocols... FANTASTIC! Our recommendation would be to carry on with what you are doing! We do have some great content built into Project 20 from the SuperSpeed Team and Dr. Standifird that could still be helpful to you however, so feel free to subscribe but continue with the training level you are on. If you have been training with SuperSpeed, but haven't seen as much success as you thought, Project 20 could potentially help address or unlock whatever has been holding you back.

Are there printouts for Project 20?

Each email in Project 20 links to a landing page on our training site. On that page you will find 1) that week's Project 20 video 2) the video for that weeks Overspeed Training protocol 3) the video for our dynamic warm up that we recommend doing prior to each training session. There are downloadable visuals for the protocol and the warm-up included on that page as well.
