How do I access the training protocols?
Access the training protocols on our mobile app for IOS and Android. The free version of the app has all the protocols you need to get started with your speed training. The Premium version of the app includes access to over 30 protocols, advanced data analytics, and much more.
Is there a guarantee I will see an increase in speed/distance?
As with any training, you will get out of speed training what you are willing to invest. We have seen hundreds of thousands of golfers get speed gains with our SuperSpeed Golf Training system. Will this affect the technical aspects of my swing?
Studies have shown that starting an overspeed training program will not only increase your swing speed, but also the athletic efficiency of your golf swing. Most players will see an improvement in consistency and ball flight as a result of these programs.
Can I use these products if I am a senior golfer?
Yes! Most of our training programs don’t require you to hit a golf ball making them lower impact that playing a round of golf.

Haven't used my super speed system in about 2 years so want to get back into it. I am very interested in using the app to keep me motivated during training. Downloaded the app, signed up for the trial, and tried to use for a training session. It is not allowing me to select the set I'm using from the drop-down box so I cannot start session??!!

Keeping golfers motivated to train was definitely a goal we had when we created the app. Just to double check, did you select what SuperSpeed equipment you have when you created your account? Please double check by going to your profile, then player info, then scroll down and make sure you have selected which set you own. Terrible customer service. I was shipped 2 red clubs and one blue in the set. Missing the yellow club. I’ve tried to contact customer service but no response yet
I put another brand's weight that broke free through my window and into neighbors house. This seems well built. Got a good discount at years end. Too pricey for retail. The app would be better (free) stopped giving swing evaluations after 1 week.
I have it for 2 weeks and do not see any improvement. My swing speed is the same as before using this training system. Not recommended. I can’t return because the return shipping is high, around 50$
