ACCURATELY TRACK GRIP STRENGTH GAIN

See the Numbers Climb

Grip strength is one of the most important and most under-tracked drivers of distance in golf. PGA Tour players generate significantly more grip strength than amateurs, and that gap shows up in club head speed, face control, lag, and recovery from heavy rough.

The SuperSpeed Grip Strength Meter is the most accurate, repeatable way to track that strength over the course of your training. Built to fit in your golf bag or gym bag. Used to prove the progress you're making.

What Grip Strength Meter Users Say

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to measure my grip strength?

If you're training with the SuperSpeed Squeeze (or working on grip strength in general), measuring is the only way to know how much progress you're actually making. SuperSpeed App users training the Squeeze protocol average a 24.4% combined grip strength gain, but you won't see those gains in your numbers unless you baseline and retest.

How does it work?

The Grip Strength Meter is a digital dynamometer. Squeeze the handle as hard as you can and it gives you a reading in either kilograms or pounds (toggle between the two with one button). It's rechargeable and built to give you the same reading every time so you can track progress accurately.

Can I measure my grip strength without the Squeeze?

Yes. The Grip Strength Meter works on its own. You don't need the SuperSpeed Squeeze to test grip strength. That said, if you want to actually increase grip strength and turn that into club head speed, we highly recommend bundling with the Squeeze and following the 3 Levels of guided training in the free SuperSpeed App.

How often should I retest?

You have the option to log your data at the beginning of every squeeze session, but it's not required every time. Every 2 to 3 weeks is a good cadence. Test on a consistent day and time, use the same hand position, and record both lead and trail hands. Most SuperSpeed users see noticeable gains within the first 4 to 6 weeks of the Squeeze protocol.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your Grip Strength Meter, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in original condition and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
