HOW IT WORKS
SUPPORTED BY BIOMECHANICS RESEARCH
The SuperSpeed Golf Training System uses overspeed training plus our junior training protocols to help you increase your swing speed. OverSpeed Training takes a known motion like the golf swing and speeds up the reaction speed of your muscles when you make the motion. This works by using clubs slightly lighter than your driver, reducing the dynamic resistance of your swing, and allowing your body to move much faster than normal.

We recommend starting as soon as possible! Our PeeWee set is designed for juniors as young as age 5.

Juniors should perform the protocols specific to their set. There are separate protocols for the All-Star and PeeWee Sets. Players using the “Junior’ set should do the adult overspeed training protocols.
How do I choose the right set?
PeeWee - Ages 5-7, All-Star, Ages 8-10, and Junior, Ages 11-14.

No. The sets are optimized by length, weight, and grip size for these different age groups. We actually recommend staying in the shorter, lighter versions as long as possible into these windows.
