Junior Golf Speed Training
Speed is the number one skill a junior golfer can develop, and the window to build it does not stay open forever. SuperSpeed gives kids ages 5 to 14 the same overspeed training the pros use, sized just for them.
The same overspeed system trusted by 1,000+ tour professionals.
WHY SPEED, WHY NOW
The Speed Window Closes Faster Than You Think
As kids grow, they move through specific windows of trainability where the body is primed to develop speed. Train during these windows and that speed becomes part of how they move for life. Miss them and that potential is much harder to get back.
SuperSpeed junior training uses guided overspeed protocols to safely teach young golfers to swing faster, building athleticism that carries far beyond the golf course.
THE SCIENCE OF TIMING
Four Windows, One Chance to Get It Right
The First Speed Window (Ages 5 to 8)
This is the most important window of all. A young child's nervous system is incredibly adaptable, so fast, playful movement now sets the ceiling for how much speed they can build later. SuperSpeed Pee Wee sets are made for exactly this stage.
The Second Speed Window (Ages 10 to 12)
As kids approach puberty, a natural growth spurt creates new length and tension in the body. Overspeed training through this stretch helps them claim that new athletic range and turn it into real swing speed.
The Strength Window (Through Puberty)
During peak growth, hormones finally make true strength gains possible. The speed built in the earlier windows now has a stronger engine behind it, which is why the order you train in matters so much.
The Power Window (Ages 15 to 16)
This is where speed and strength finally combine into power. Juniors who trained speed early arrive here with far more to build on than those who waited, and that head start is almost impossible to make up later.
"The single best thing a junior can do for their golf game is train speed early. That window of development is everything."

HOW JUNIOR TRAINING WORKS
How Speed Training Works for Junior Golfers
Swing Light and Fast
Kids start with the lightest stick and make fast, athletic swings on both sides of the body. The light weight lets them break past their current top speed safely.
Add Weight Gradually
They progress to the medium and heavy sticks. Each step trains the body to hold those new, faster speeds under a little more load.
Watch Speed Carry to the Course
New speed patterns transfer to their real swing. With the SuperSpeed App and an optional PRGR, every gain is tracked and celebrated.

WHY PRGR FOR KIDS
Make Speed a Game They Want to Play
The PRGR is a pocket-sized launch monitor that shows swing speed, ball speed, and distance after every swing, even without hitting a ball.
It is simple, lightweight, and affordable, so juniors can use it on their own while parents track progress over time in the SuperSpeed App.

FAQ
Junior Golf Speed Training FAQs
What size junior set should I get for my child?
Pee Wee (31"): Ages 5-7
All Star (38"): Ages 8-10
Junior (41"): Ages 11-14
Choose based on your child's age. If they're between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one. Contrary to what a lot of people think, lighter is better when training to swing fast. Using sticks that are slightly too heavy/long will not help increase speed.
How does speed training work for junior golfers?
The same overspeed science used by 1,000+ tour pros applies to juniors. By swinging three progressively weighted training sticks, the neuromuscular system learns to fire faster and recruit more muscle fibers. During key developmental windows, this training maximizes their speed potential.
What is the Trade-Up Program?
When your junior golfer outgrows their current set, our Trade-Up Program lets them move up to the next size for 50% off. Contact us to arrange your trade-up when your child is ready for the next level.
What are parent accounts?
Parent accounts let you manage your junior golfer's training from your own device. Add one or multiple junior golfers under your account, track their speed gains, view session history, and help them stay on schedule. Parent accounts are free but a premium subscription can be added. Use a parent account in the mobile app or the web app.
Should I add the PRGR Launch Monitor?
The PRGR Launch Monitor is optional but highly recommended. It gives instant clubhead speed, ball speed, and smash factor readings so your junior golfer can see their speed gains in real-time. This allows you to input their speed into the app and see all their data.
How often should my child train for speed?
We recommend 3 sessions per week, about 10-15 minutes each. The SuperSpeed App guides every session with exact reps, sets, and rest periods. Consistency is key, and most junior golfers start seeing speed gains within the first week.
