I am 67 and in average shape. Have been working with the drills for two weeks and my swing speed has increased by 5 mph. Went from 90 to 95 pretty quick. Hoping to reach 105. I also purchased the launch monitor and it gives me all the feedback I need. Includes great videos for pre workout exercises and weekly workouts.

Excellent Training Aid

Excellent training aid. In just three weeks on level 1 training, I have increased my driving distance. I purchased the senior clubs because I am 77 years old. I am athletic and in good shape but if I can improve in a short time any one can improve.

What a difference!!

Before I stared SuperSpeed training, my average driver swing speed was 101 mph with a max of 105 mph. Today, 3.5 months later, I finished the level 3 training. I did 10 driver swings after my session and averaged 114.2 mph with a high of 117 mph! I couldn’t be happier and I feel like I’ll be in the 120s soon!

Works!

In six weeks of training with SuperSpeed, I added 5mph clubhead speed, 11 mph ball speed and 29 yards carry with my driver. Incredible! And my swing got better, more consistent. Played my best golf after.

It Works!

It definitely helps you learn how to swing faster. Seeing top speed increase by around 5mph, but the biggest improvement was seen in average speed. My normal speed now is what my old max was and the current max can be reached without straining myself. Awesome training tool for anyone wanting to increase swing speed.

Golf is fun again

Just wanted to say thanks for a great product and program. When I flew out to work on a fitting with Cobra a few years ago I was swinging the driver at 106. Constantly trying drivers to get more distance. Today I hit 180 ballspeed and later topped out at 123 swing! Was about ready to give up when I could only hit it 250. Golf is fun again.
