While the SuperSpeed 3 club overspeed set uses overspeed training to produce speed gains, the SuperSpeed C Club introduces a different mechanism: counterweight training, shifting the club’s balance point toward the handle.

This changes the neuromuscular demand and teaches your body to move the club with faster hand-path speed, which is a major contributor to total club head speed.

C stands for counterweight. By moving mass behind the player's hands, we are able to reduce the resistance of the club head releasing around impact, helping the golfer to train maximum arm/hand and release speed in their golf swing.

The C Club is ideal for golfers who:

  • Already use the SuperSpeed training system and want added gains
  • Have plateaued in speed and need a new neurological stimulus

How do I access the training protocols?

Access the training protocols on our mobile app for IOS and Android. The free version of the app has all the protocols you need to get started training with the C Club and other SuperSpeed products. The Premium version of the app includes access to over 30 protocols, advanced data analytics, and much more.

How does the C Club increase my speed?

The SuperSpeed C moves mass behind the player’s hands in order for the player to maximize the release speed of the golf swing near impact. This trains maximum arm/hand speed in the golf swing.

Is there a guarantee I will see an increase in speed/distance?

As with any training, you will get out of speed training what you are willing to invest. We have seen hundreds of thousands of golfers get speed gains with our SuperSpeed Golf Training system. Will this affect the technical aspects of my swing?

Studies have shown that starting an overspeed training program will not only increase your swing speed, but also the athletic efficiency of your golf swing. Most players will see an improvement in consistency and ball flight as a result of these programs.

Can I use these products if I am a senior golfer?

Yes! Most of our training programs don’t require you to hit a golf ball making them lower impact that playing a round of golf.

At what point in my speed training should I add in the C Club?

You can use the SuperSpeed C Training system together with the 3 club overspeed training system from the start or after you have doing the 3 club training for any length of time.

Is this for men and women?

The C Club system will fit both men and women based on the length of their driver. If you use a driver longer than 44" you should get the adult C club. If your driver is shorter than 44" you should get the junior C club.

How does this fit in with SuperSpeed Training three club sets?

You can use the SuperSpeed C Training System on its own or in conjunction with the SuperSpeed Golf OverSpeed Training System. We recommend that you do the training protocols on the same day of training to maintain a full day off in between sessions. In the event that you are not able to maintain maximum speeds by the end of both sessions, we recommend only doing 1 training session per day of either training until you feel that you can maintain peak intensity throughout both protocols.
