Use of Purchased Equipment
Superspeed Golf, LLC provides training tools for several sports. Ensure you properly user our equipment. Follow all instructions you receive with the products or provided on the website. And ensure you:
Always warm up before training;
Do NOT hit the ground, walls, other surface, or object with our training equipment;
Switch your grip when changing from dominant to non-dominant sides or stances; and
Always swing our products towards open space, hitting nets, driving ranges, or similar open spaces.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Superspeed Golf, LLC its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that (i) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; (ii) any errors or defects will be corrected; (iii) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (iv) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Similarly, any purchased product is purchased on an “AS IS” basis. Any purchased product is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Exclusions

Governing Law
These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
