THREE REASONS

YOU NEED THE FORCE BOARD PRO

YOU AREN'T STABLE ENOUGH TO SWING FAST

You can only swing as fast as your body can stabilize. Balance and stability are critical to your ability to create a consistent and powerful golf swing. With the Force Board Pro, you can train balance, stability, Proprioception, and much more.

NOT ENOUGH GROUND FORCE = SHORT DRIVES

The best players in the world create efficient ground reaction forces in their swing. This creates a powerful, repeatable golf swing. With the Force Board Pro, you can train all the key elements of ground reaction forces.

YOU DON'T HAVE A TRAINING PLAN

The Force Board Pro includes access to multiple levels in different types of training protocols for balance and stability and ground reaction forces. You will never be lost on what to work on next.

How do I know what to do with it?

The Force Board Pro includes free access to Level 1 protocols focused on increasing balance and stability and improving ground reaction forces. Our videos walk you through exactly which attachments to use, where to place them, and what drills to do with them to start hitting longer drives. Subscribe to premium in our app for even more protocols!

Can I place attachments on either side?

Yes! Add attachments on the bottom to create different difficulty levels of balance and stability drills, or put attachments on top for a variety of ground reaction force drills. Our training protocols walk you through all of this.

I want to hit the ball farther. Will this help?

That's why we created the Force Board Pro. A lot of golfers are not stable enough and/or don't generate enough ground reaction forces to swing faster. You need both of those things to increase swing speed and therefore hit the the ball farther.

Can you hit balls while standing on it?

Yes, you can, and we encourage it. Our protocols include some drills that have you hitting balls while using the Force Board Pro.

Where can the Force Board be used?

It can be using on turf in a hitting bay, indoors on a floor, or outside at the range.
